For Those Who Mourn

by Lynda Musilwa, For Those Who Mourn Books available in PDF, EPUB, Kindle, Docs and Mobi Format. Download For Those Who Mourn books, We often feel alone when hit by disaster; a lie speaks saying that God has abandoned us. When difficult times surface, we may think that we are being punished for something we did, but this is not always the case, it is simply the unpredictable pattern of life that we have no control over. No matter what is going on in our lives, no matter how we feel, God loves us. He is with us through the waters so we do not drown, and through the flames so we do not burn. He mends broken hearts, He gives rest to the weary, He strengthens the weak, and He is water to thirsty souls. He can use our pain and cause something beautiful to spring out of it. In time, God restores.

Through Minds Eyes

by Ryan J. Hite, Through Minds Eyes Books available in PDF, EPUB, Kindle, Docs and Mobi Format. Download Through Minds Eyes books, This is a book of history, ethics, and philosophy. It is a record of teachings passed down through the generations from the East and the West. It contains the fullness of the sealed covenant established between man and the laws of the universe. As we evolve as a race, we take things out of our lives because we better understand who we are and what we have achieved. The divine refers to the laws of nature and the universe that guide us in our everyday lives. The creator that guides our everyday lives is not something that we should worship or pray to out of fear or love; it is something that remains unseen and works in natural forces to explain all the events that happen on Earth. It is merely a force and it is not necessary to belong to a group to experience the light. The path to the light is straight and broad. The creator of the universe is a divine and intellectual force, by which all things came into being. The sealed covenant is a pact between all of humanity to the world around us and the universal laws that guide our everyday lives to come together and love one another and come to make the world a better place for all people. This shall usher in the evolution of religious traditions and humanity to a new age of prosperity.

The Homilies On The Gospel Of St Matthew

by St. Chrysostom, The Homilies On The Gospel Of St Matthew Books available in PDF, EPUB, Kindle, Docs and Mobi Format. Download The Homilies On The Gospel Of St Matthew books, This is the extended and annotated edition including * an extensive biographical annotation about the author and his life The Homilies of St. Chrysostom on St. Matthew were undoubtedly delivered at Antioch (see Hom. vii. p. 43) and probably in the latter part of the time during which he preached as a Presbyter. Montfaucon consideres his little mention of the sin of swearing a sign of his accomplished some reformation on that point by his previous exertions. In the Homilies delievered from 386 to 388, it is a constant topic; and the Homilies known to belong to that date are so numerous, as scarcely leave room for such a series as the present. These, however, contain very little to mark the period to which they belong. The argument from his reference to dissensions some time gone by, possible those between St. Meletius and Paulinus and Evagrius, in commenting on St. Matt. xxiii. 6. is not very conclusive. A modern reader must sometimes be struck with finding in St. Chrysostom a kind of criticism, which we are apt to thing belongs only to later times. Hist main object, however, is moral, and he searches out with diligence both the meaning and the applications of particular passages, usually concluding with an eloquent exhortation to some special virtue. Some of the most remarkable of these exhortations are on the subject of Alms-giving, which he seems to have pressed with some success at last. His calculation in Hom. lxvi as to what might be done, is somewhat curious. In the end of Hom. lxxxviii. he demands a reformation as the condition of his entering on the cntroversy with Infidels. In the next Homily he discusses the evidence of the Resurrection with nearly the same arguments as would still be used against an objector.
